Sometimes I log on here and I see some truly remarkable stuff with no recognition. It makes me wonder why don't people comment or leave some kind of impression to show those that their work was seen and appreciated. I could imagine all those overly talented individuals who stopped posting cuz of no support. If we would just drop a comment or thumbs up emoji some words of encouragement to each other maybe more would be inclined to post. That'll be something I would like to see show some love to those who need it to urge them on. If I could I would comment on everybody's work but some never reciprocate it and some never show gratitude it sucks. Heck I even noticed how it affects my postings I remember in the beginning I was eager to post nowadays not so much. Maybe if we all started supporting one another with a comment or an idea or a tip this site could be one of the best if not the best site. To me it is I love this site I'm not on no social media with the exception of this site and YouTube I don't like social media never did never will but this site this hobby is very special at least to me it is. Show some support to other creators and build up another's confidence encourage others.
I always try and encourage others, especially if they are just starting. I've been at this for 20+ years. By no means am I the greatest customizer but I enjoy it and want others to enjoy it. This used to be a great site for that. We had contests and custom figure swaps. Anyone that wants to talk customs I only focus on the positive.
20+ years congrats dude would love to reach that milestone but unfortunately I got into this hobby far to late. I remember El Numer Figs telling me about the contests I wondered what happened. Thanks for stopping through stay up man.
Great post. I admittedly haven't been as active because I have been busier with work. I have done some other customs, I should try to upload some of them. But I should also try to actively post more on other customs.
A lesson I learned at a very young age is you get what you give. So give more in every facet of being only got $5 in your pocket see someone in need it's my duty to give up at least half. People are far to selfish and self absorbed nowadays and then wonder while things are always going sour for them. Quick hack on life be completely selfless put others ahead of your own needs. When ones karmic debt is paid one will receive their thank yous from the universe. Sounds cheesy and stupid but it works I'm a living testament to that.
