I'm looking for a 90's villain action figure I had as a kid. It was purchased from a store in Canada between 1994 and 2002, likely 1998.
I tried drawing what I remember:
It had: -detachable (likely) red cape -Robotic metal greyish armor -v shape with thinner legs -possibly some green skin -possibly some kind of antennas like things on his head -The middle part was articulated I believe (mine broke in half) -The box I think had some sort of comic book rendition of the character -It was maybe 6-8 inches tall -It kinda looked like a mix between ultron and martian manhunter -no clue what franchise it might have been from but I'm confident it wasn't a knockoff brand
