Riddler, Poison Ivy, Mr Freeze movie 4in scale customs

So long story short, the live action portion of my Batman shelf has ended up in 4 inch scale, and I'm looking to close some more gaps that I do have via customs.

The big one bothering me is Riddler. Despite a decently robust "The Batman" line from Spin Master, they refused to produce anything related to the Paul Dano version of the Riddler, despite him being the main antagonist of that movie. And in theory, that's fine, a seller on ebay makes the weird duct tape mask thing, which is really the only unique element of his outfit. But I'm not well versed in that scale, so even though I know there almost HAS to be something close enough in either the GI Joe line or Star Wars or something, I'm just not familiar enough with either to know of a good base offhand. Any help with that would be appreciated. And before anyone mentions it, I am mostly a purest when it comes to figures being plastic, I would prefer no fabric coats unless it's absolutely necessary.

The other two I'm kind of trying to figure out customs for, though admittedly with much less enthusiasm, are Poison Ivy and Mr Freeze. While they'll likely be ejected the moment they get better representation in an upcoming film, for now the Batman and Robin film is the best representation of both. Freeze is so detailed I may just 3d print him (there's a 3d printable statue online and I might have some ideas for it) but if anyone has any ideas for a 4 inch scale Ivy figure, I'd love to read them.
