Cheng and Pingy

I know, there are many DC The Penguin Action Figure out there
I know, that @Panji88 had made an amazing SNK's Cheng Sinzan, which of course commissioned by yours truly, and I love it.

Now I purchased two Marvel Hasbro's Doctor Octopusses, the green shor ugly ones, and as usual I don't like how they look. So I pick up my toy-surgeon knife and start doing incisions here and there on those two poor looked toys. VOLLA, I created the midgy version of two of the most heinous greedy selfish fat basterds of each other own genre. Although they;re different alignment when it comes to their yin and yang, but both are hard workers when earning their money shot.
