Hi, I've been experimenting with transparent styrene to create Phyla-Vell's quantum sword with very little success. Does anyone have any tips for working with styrene?

What are you having trouble with, sounds like a straitforward job.
I recently bought a jeweler's saw specifically to cut styrene to make weapons and stuff, works great.
