G.I. Joe - 25th Anniversary Reviews
Snake Eyes
G.I. Joe - 25th Anniversary (Hasbro) - Wave 5
Rated 5.00 stars by Aca1raven2002
This is one of my favorite Snake Eyes, It really depicts him more as a "Commando" than as a Ninja. He doesn't come with a sword. The articulation is good and he looks just like his classic collection counterpart....[See More]
Beach Head / Dataframe
G.I. Joe - 25th Anniversary (Hasbro) - Comic 2-Packs - Wave 6

I got this two pack for one reason. Beachhead! He is packaged UNMASKED!!! If your a fan of beachhead this is the figure for you. He comes with two heads one masked and the other unmasked. Mainframe is wearing his old-school outfit from the classic collection. A good by and addition to any collection....[See More]

G.I. Joe Team Set #2
G.I. Joe - 25th Anniversary (Hasbro) - Box Sets
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
All right this is going to be one long review, so lets get started and avoid too much fluff. First up to bat is Shipwreck. This is thirteenth version of this character to be made and perhaps one of the most awesome. If you look at his face you will reilize that Shipwreck looks like Sean Freakin' Connery which makes this the greatest G.I. Joe ever by default. Carefully painted on his right forarm is a green tatoo of an ancor with what looks to be like a dragon curled around it. The other paint work on him, his shirt, pants beard an hat are all really good with no visiable runs or airbubbles. A gun holster is strapped to his right leg which you can fit a revolver into. The revolver fits best into his right hand. His other weapon includes a spear gun that is almost as long as he is tall....[See More]
Destro (Gold Helmet) / Iron Grenadier
G.I. Joe - 25th Anniversary (Hasbro) - Comic 2-Packs - Wave 5
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
Everybody knows who Destro is, that guy with the metal helmat with the scottish accent and was dating the Baroness. This version of Destro had a very diffrent outfit with a red cape and a golden helmet instead of the usual silver. Destro comes with two weapons: a black snub nose pistol and a sabre. The pistol is pretty standard fair and fits in his left hand the best. I really like the saber on this guy. The handgaurd is made from silver plastic and the blade is painted gold. It fits best in his right hand. Both weapons have holders. For the pistol, a holster is sculpted onto his lower left thigh with a thing flap at the top that you have to lift up before putting the pistol in or taking it out, and a scabbard is attached to a belt to hold the sword. On the figure's left shoulder are...[See More]
Mutt (with Junkyard)
G.I. Joe - 25th Anniversary (Hasbro) - Wave 10
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
I saw this guy when I was shopping around to hopefully find part of a potential trade, but when that fell through, I picked him up cheap like most Joe's and left happy with what I found, but sad that I couldn't find the thing for him. Either way, Mutt is awesome. Possible because he has a passing resemblance to Burt Reynolds. Mutt has all the standard articulation for modern Joe figures but his abdominal joint is negated because of his vest which you could probably take off, but I figure that you would have to just cut through it. He has two weapons, a silenced automatic pistol and a night stick which fit into the right and left hands respectivly the best. His left hand is encased in a thick black glove used for training attack dogs. His helmet has a detachable muzzle or air filter...[See More]
Duke (Jetpack) (Cartoon) (v1)
G.I. Joe - 25th Anniversary (Hasbro) - Wave 7
Rated 4.00 stars by Collector1
The greatest GI Joe and sworn nemisis of Cobra Commander comes armed to the teeth and baring upon his back the Jetpack originaly seen in the new opening made for the 1987 animated film and the American Flag that can be held, if loosly, in his hands. This mold is a slightly redecoed version of the Duke released in the 4th Series with a lighter shade of brown used for his shirt and a hole made in his back to acomidate the jetpack. Duke is very well articulated with swivel hinged ankles, elbows, hips, and shoulders while his wrists, mid-section and neck are swivels. Oh yeah, the knees are double hinged. The wrist connections are kind of malformed and look like they will rip out of their sockets if you mess with them too much, so be careful with it. His guns (a machine gun and hand gun) can...[See More]
Cobra Commander (Battle Armor)
G.I. Joe - 25th Anniversary (Hasbro) - Wave 6
Rated 4.50 stars by Collector1
For over twenty-five years, Cobra and GI Joe have been trading blows in multiple media from cheestastic animated series, anime, comics, and above all else, toys! This is essentially a rerelease of the original battle armor Cobra Commander complete with a word by word stat card and a slightly darker shade of paint used for the blue-green. Cobra Commander is unsuprisingly well articulated, having held in my possession some of the original three and a half inch Joes before, but it seems he's been upgraded some with swivel hands and ankles. If this was part of the original mold for this design, I'm clueless there. Anyway, Cobra Commander has in additon to the other joints, double hinged knees, socket hinged hips, swivel jointed torso, swivel hinged elbows, socket hinged shoulders and a swivel...[See More]
