Might as well just do one post for these guys. The Target was originally created in 1940, with the Targeteers appearing in the very next issue. He actually made more appearances without his partners, and is another public domain hero that made a return in the Project Superpowers series. Originally, it was just Target and his partners wearing bulletproof costumes. In Project Superpowers, they were bonded by the Urn of Pandora and work more as a single entity. I know I've said it before, but it's been a while. There are some seriously cool looking characters in the public domain. If you haven't, and are wanting to try characters that are different from the usual we see, give the public domain wiki site a look.

Resculpted the heads a bit, then sculpted up the belts and the top of the boots. From there, just a full repaint on each, and they're all done! Really looking forward to making more of these.
