Netflix Jessica Jones might be a little easier to find than Rogue or Typhoid Mary for the leather jacket.

You can use the Typhoid jacket, it came with a thing on the sholder to paint the stripes

Your X-23 looks great, and the Songbird head is perfect, much better with dark hair. Hope to see more pics when you have her jacket.

Looks nice! I actually prefer her to be on an adult buck instead of the teen buck they’ve been using for her. Too small in my opinion. Instead of making a leather jacket might I suggest the Netflix Jessica Jones figure? You should be able to do a simple arm swap with the heat and pop method.

I was going to suggest a female ML figure which already had a jacket, Rogue is another option, though I have no idea if you can still grab her for as cheap as last year (got a Juggernaut series Rogue and Phoenix along with a BvS Wonder Woman in a lot for what amounted to $8 each last summer). You may also be able to get the jacket accessory separate, but for the price you'd likely pay you could get an entire figure for just a little more, not have to sculpt the arm detail AND have more fodder for customs.
