Just a fine figure. I'll admit, years of practice painting miniatures, but when it comes to a full-size figure, I can't get a coat of paint like that to NOT be sticky. It just gloms up, no matter how many thin coats I do.

I like Testor's Model Masters acrylic paints. I find they are not sticky at all. Vallejo and Citadel are good too but they can be a bit tacky and need a lot of drying time to lose some of that stickiness. Plus I clear coat them with a semi-gloss varnish.
