Hollywood Hogan from Starrcade 1997. I took some creative liberties but I’m so proud of it. The tights were hand painted. Used the new Main event figure as base, added knee pads from dingo warrior, and shirt from a Toybiz hogan. The rest was paint and a whole lotta time
