Found this cool Samurai Spawn figure today. So I took Motu Hordak figures torso and up to his upper thighs. Then took the Spawn figures head his armor and legs and just transplanted them onto this figure for more articulation. Being Hordak was already grey I thought what if I just remonikerd him as a Mumm-Ra so I painted his face and grey and the exposed body grey to fit the color of his face and viola.
