Mavel Legends Power Princess with Metaverse Customs chest and boot mod. I had to shave down the peg for her boot a bit to fit the boot top. Red was painted with painters touch apple red enamel/acrylic hybrid paint. Areas were masked with liquid mask. Gold was painted with Army Painter Greedy Gold iirc. The stars I found on Etsy and are vinyl. May apply a matte varnish over them.
