I finally picked up a few Smeagol/Gollums and wanted to try Mr Mxyzptlk first. Got rid of the loincloth and removed his hand and toes. Added some female fodder hands and sculpted the shoes. Under the belt is craft foam, the belt is a rubber band and the rest of the details are more Green Stuff. I was not sure how Smeagol's face would work for Mxyzptlk but does give him a bit of a couple bubbles off plumb look.
