Trevor Fitzroy aka the Chronomancer, comes from the same alternate timeline as Bishop. They were both teammates in the XSE until Fitzroy went rogue. Later, they were both transported to the current timeline and remain on opposite sides of the fence, with Bishop joining the X-Men and Fitzroy allying himself with different organizations, including the Hellfire Club.
I saw a pic online of Fitzroy in a Hellfire Club outfit, and thought it would be an easy-enough custom to make. Easier than making his crystal armour, anyway! Mastermind was the base body, with Black Tom for the head. I parted Tom's hair, sliced it off, and added Gambit's. More hair was added to fill it out, on the scalp as well as the chin. I also added the shirt collar, and then some paint completed the figure.
