I used the Doctor Octopus Hasbro 2006 as the body base. It is not a very accurated ultimate version of the Octopus with coat, but some kind of variation. The tentacles are the bendables from the Doctor Octopus Spider-Man 2 movie, and the green coat are from Doctor Doom movie figure from the First Movie of Fantastic Four. I used a drill in the back to fix the tentacles and opened a hole for them in the coat using hot iron to make some good effect.
Those pics are soo cool but the pose for the first pic is epic. He looks insanely dope. This head gave me an idea a Moe from the 3 Stooges. Hoping one day I come across a similar looking head.
