Hal "Donacon" Emerich, Once a Chief engineer of the Mouser Gear Rex project he's now joined forces with Solid Ralph to stop Liquid Leo and his mutant Militia!
Donacon comes to Ralph's aid with his Mouser Gear MK2 prototype.

Made from a mildly modded Delta Team Don Figure. Otacon isnt the most visually striking characters in the MGS but I tried to inject a little bit of personality into his turtle avatar.
