Took a Marvel legends Hand Ninja head. Then place upon this McFarlane Night Wing. Then added a Doom Sinner vest. Then added a few other adornments. Painted him up and viola. Thought it would be cool if the Hand Ninjas had a specific sect if warriors to hunt after and permanently silence The Punisher.
