When the Sushi hits the fan you can always count on Sargent Kabuki Man NYPD!
I've got a big soft spot for Lkoyd Kaufman's Bandai-Namco produced Superhero comedy. It's a movie that's tonally all over the map but still retains all of that Troma Charm.
Wanted something that would fit in with the toxic crusaders line. Made from the body of a tmmnt movie III Kenshin figure with the legs of a movie star foot Soldier.
