The base figure is a Bossfight blank. All of the detail are sculpted. The Power Sword was cut from a piece of styrene. I've included a picture of the main good guys and a picture with Overlord. Blackstar was released before He-Man, but was never as popular yet was very similar. The vintage toy line was great too and scaled well with MOTU.
Man you did a great job on this set... I have a very special place for that cartoon.. I made quite a few customs of Black Star... if you get a chance check them out!
