Captain America is DCUC Aquaman torso with a Marvel Legends head, arms and lower legs repainted. Bucky is a DC Direct New Teen Titans Robin. The lower legs were swapped out and the arms sculpted into the gloves.The front of the outfit is a piece of fabric with some small buttons added. John Byrne did a comic of Captain America and Batman working together in the 40's felt I had to recreate it....
