Fancy Dan may be the smallest member of the Enforcers, but he is a fast, deadly mercenary who is a master at judo and karate. Since he is 5' 3", I used The Master from the 5 inch Dr Who toy line as the base. Just needed to shave the top of his head off to glue a Lego hat on top. Drew his mustache and eyebrows with a Sharpie. The cigarette and cigarette holder is just a cut pin colored black. His gun is also from Lego.
