I have seen people do some similar types of projects to this and I wanted one of my own. Something of a hybrid between the grand master luke skywalker look from the expanded universe and a precursor to his white robe look in the last jedi. I took the head from the Stormtrooper Luke figure and darkened the hair a bit, put that on an old luke from the last jedi and trimmed down his tunic. The hooded cloak is just a painted cloak from marvel legends.
