So I am thankful that Kenner gave us so many figures from the animated series. But they've always seemed to come up short & not really exactly like their cartoon counterparts. But I am grateful that many of them gave me a good base to start fixing their errors. I've been doing this for a long time. And did many of these figures before. But looking at my display, I decided many of my older customs were still not perfect to the cartoon. So I started revisiting many of the older figures & fixing them further.

Ras Al Ghul was one of those figures. Kenner's first version had some goofy armor which no one cared about. The second version wasn't bad but there was something still off about him. It was an odd body & I think they used joker arms with gloves? So thanx to mattel & their wide array of suit bodies in the JLU line, I had a good start. It's pretty much the same recipe as my Riddler fix, with the added Martian Manhunter cape & the stupid armor suit Ras head.

Well, in my old age I have become wiser? Or maybe just more particular? I would look at that Ras in my curio cabinet & it always bothered me that the Kenner head sculpt is just really not good. So I decided to fix that problem

The pics are of the figure transitions I went through to get to where I'm at now. And the completed new version. I'm pretty happy with this figure now & think she is definitely show accurate.
