The first customization I ever did on my 1993 Bandai Deluxe Dino Megazord were the stickers, years ago. I learned about the existence of the website, reprolabels (Now called Toyhax) and they sold TV accurate stickers for the Dinozords. So I bought them and replaced the original stickers with them.
Later, I decided to add more paint on certain areas. Most notably, on the Pterodactyl Dinozord. One thing that always bothered me was that in most of the Power Ranger series, pink doesn't seem to be the dominant color on the Pink Rangers' Zords. So I decided to fix that. So I repainted the white parts a light pink and added pink on the red parts too. I also replaced certain areas that had stickers with paint too.
And just this year, I learned about how people have made 3D Print replacement parts for Zords and they even make them look screen accurate. And they made the parts so that they don't look hollow. The new parts were from either eBay, cults 3D, thingiverse and the user, Rangersforge from Etsy (Although, he's now moving onto to making his own website.) So the parts I replaced with new 3D print parts are the following: the Tyrannosaurus Dinozord's tail tip, the Mastodon Dinozord's tusks & trunk (which has articulation), the Triceratops Dinozords' horns & tail gun and the Mega Power Sword.
