This custom Norman Smiley Hasbro Retro figure was built using a WWF Hasbro Hawk (Legion of Doom) base. I cut the figure at the elbows and replaced the forearms with parts from a Rowdy Roddy Piper Hasbro figure, then re-sculpted both hands so they were open and symmetrical. The hands attach with small magnets, allowing poseability for Norman’s iconic “Big Wiggle” dance.

I removed Hawk’s shoulder spikes with a hacksaw and covered the pads with clay, sealing the torso with super glue to disable the spring mechanism. A 3D-printed Norman Smiley head was attached using Super Sculpey, and I sculpted his famous hockey-style shin pads from Milliput clay, inspired by his WCW Hardcore Championship reign.

The figure was painted with Vallejo paints using browns, blacks, whites, blues, and weathered tones, with gloss varnish on the eyes, lips, and teeth for realism. Questions and feedback are welcome in the comments! Full video review is available on my socials at WCF Wills Custom Figures.
