Modified neck to add hinge articulation.
Two pairs of forearms : holding hands (claws cut from the original figure) and extended claws (made from repurposed forearms of the fodder bin).
Gave him bigger feet from a Arctic Destro so he could stand better.
Gun from a Joytoy fig.
