This is the Swordsman, in his late 70s appearance! he has some slight differences with his more standard look of the late 80s. A character I don't know how Hasbro has still overlooked, and instead have made characters like Batroc the Leaper! this was a conjunction of various ML parts, bone breaker torso, havok head, etc.
