Just a repaint. They felt a bit plain to me. I like the space Venom wave Hobgoblin. So I wanted to try and repaint these retro figures to look closer to the darker tone of that figure. I darkened up the orange to be more of a burnt orange. Added a bit of a wash and also repainted the face and eyes. Darkened the blue pants and sleeves. But that Space Venom Goblin had a bit of a metallic sheen so I drybrushed some Army Painter fairy dust and then a thinned layer of blue over top.

For Green Goblin I did the same applying a wash to his scale mail arms and legs. I also darkened up the purple. But then I drybrushed some fairy dust on his scale mail to give it a metallic look. I also repainted his eyes.
