I took the recipe/inspiration from a random instagram post from ages ago, with no link back to the original, so sorry I can't give credit...The idea was to use parts from the sota ibuki figure, and re-engineer them entirely. Basically had to hollow out, cut, resculpt, etc the entire base figure. Combined those with parts from a hobby base female blank body, as well as others, some revoltech/random joints, and a lot of sculpting. I also gave her a custom anime style head, made from scratch. Most of the figure was repainted to match the original sota parts where necessary, rest is painted as usual. This custom greatly improves the numerous flaws with the original sota figure, mainly fixing the loose joints, has much better articulation overall, including the ponytail, and making her scale accurate. This is as custom as it gets!
