I had a Classic Metal Sonic but the left arm was broken, and I was bored, so I did this, also, he has ears because my parents didn't let me cut them by myself, my mother tried but she cut his finger a little while removing the first ear, so I preffered to make my own version, that's why he also has the spines like the Sonic ones
