Harry started out as a Frogman/Dr Octopus. The head is Skullbuster with sculpting. Feet are from Maggot with sculpting. Hands from Vulcan. Coat is a cut up trenchcoat from some wrestling figure. The vest is a piece of craft leather. Jacket cuffs are Hercules bracers with sculpting and stick pin heads for buttons. The jacket and vest buttons are sliced up Gambit staff. Ascot brooch is a stick pin head. All sculpting is using Procreate. Lots of paint and patience. Random effect added to represent gravity power.
