With the disasterous arrest demonstration at the unveiling of the ED-209 Enforcement Droid unit, the Old Man of OCP gave permission for the construction of a RoboCop prototype. Suitable candidates were moved into highrisk districts, and the team prepared itself for one to be... volunteered.

During pursuit of the criminal Clare Bodiker and her gang, officers Anne Lewis and Alex Murphy followed them into an old warehouse. There, Murphy was subdued and could only watch as Lewis was brutally attack and repeatedly shot by the gang members, with Boddiker herself delivering a killshot through the head.

Or so she thought...

A few months later a new type of crimefighter appeared on the streets of Old Detroit. One that criminals couldn't simply shoot, or blow up, or bribe. A near unstoppable force for justice - troubled only by memories of it's past it can't understand...
