Ok so I wanted a Lara Croft action figure but the one 1/12 scale I found was made by neca many years ago and had almost no articulation, except for the shoulders and the neck. So I decided to make my own Lara Croft: I wanted it to ne a mix between the first videogame (with that idonic green top) and the movie (with Angelina Jolie’s face). I started from a Neca Sarah Connor figure, resculpted the breasts, added the Neca Lara Croft hands to the figure, sculpted some belts, added two gunholders and a backpack, added a knife on the right ankle and… that’s it. Ah, and added some granades on the back. The black belt comes from a ko Darth Bader sh figuarts figure. What’s cool on this figure - I believe - is that the brade has a metal core and can be oriented and so are the two tufts. I made a dirty wash to the figure to make it more realistic (I know many people don’t like these washes and want the figure to ne as clean as possible nut I hate that toy feeling so I always wash my jobs).
