First, remove the batwing head. Then you can replace it with the dc multiverse Gotham by Gaslight Batman head. Heat or drilling may be required to make the peg bigger to fit on the batwing body. Paint the mouth black or sharpie. Then u can either paint or sharpie the eyes white or red. I chose the style of early rebirth red for Batman Beyond. Also, I sharpied the white logo red. And I sharpied the blue hue around the logo black with 2 coats. You can paint if wanted. Very easy custom for those who just starting doing customs like myself.
