Most of this is still Cloak with Model Masters red and an airbrushing if MM white on the limbs. The head is from Agent Everett Ross and a spare hand from the Select Dr Strange.

I was going to say "Awesome concept" but I happened to look it up and wow. Perfect rendition! Black and red stripes was an interesting design choice for him, but you pulled it off perfectly! Love it!
