This figure includes a rotating umbrella that conceals a removable gatling gun, as well as nineteen points of articulation. The Penguin is designed to replicate the way the character appeared in an earlier toy line called Super Powers, and is a repaint of another action figure released in the DC Universe Classics line.

In DC Comics, Oswald Chester Cobblepot is an enemy of Batman, a crime lord who runs a nightclub known as the Iceberg Lounge. He frequently employs the use of trick umbrellas to attack his foes, and has been known to send birds out to do his dirty work.
