The Penguin figure whirls up trouble with his blast off umbrella launcher. Launcher attaches on the back for quick escapes or an arm for firing umbrella missile.

Figure Instructions:
1. Load umbrella into launcher. Press until it locks into place.
2. Insert launcher peg into hole in figure's back. Umbrella can spin for high flying escapes.
3. Launcher also clips to figure's arm. Press lever to fire umbrella missile.
