Arctic Batman figure battles the Penguin with freeze-proof polar armor and ice blaster weapon.

Figure Instructions:
1. Place polar armor over figure's head and clip to waist.
2. To fill Ice Blaster, remove projectile and place weapon tip in water. Squeeze and release rubber bulb.
3. Insert missile into Ice Blaster, clip weapon on to figure's arm. Squeeze bulb to fire missile and water. Missile and water can fire separately or together.
