Killer Moth is a criminal who famncies himself as the evil Batman. He gives criminals a Moth-Signal, and when they are in trouble, they activate its invisible light that only Killer Moth can see with his special lenses, then Killer Moth helps the criminals against the law, for a fee.

In the 1995 event "Underworld Unleashed", Moth gave his soul to a demon, Neron, in exchange for power. Neron transformed him into a moth-like creature known as Charaxes.
