As Eel O'Brian, he was a lowlife gangster. But after being doused in a vat of acid and let behind by his partners in crime, he gained incredible new powers and a new outlook on life. Plastic Man can stretch his body incredibly, or mold it into any shape he chooses. And as a member of the Justice League of America, he helps to protect the earth from threats both great and small.
