Possessing a heightened intelligence and an insane desire to conquer the world, the Leader has been one of the Hulk's longtime arch-enemies! Using his advanced technology and mind control, the Leader has been unceasing in his quest to defeat the Hulk! But even when he has been victorious, the Hulk inevitably returns to lay the Leader's plans to waste!
