This prehistoric human-loathing dino-creature was once a geneticist named Dr. Vincent Stegron. Researching the cellular regeneration of dinosaur tissue. But after an experimental serum was injected into his bloodstream, this once gentle researcher was forever transformed into the armored assailant known as Stegron! Stegron was eventually thrown into the hi-tech prison known as the Vault, where he now spends all his time in high-tech restraints!
