Angered over a bureaucratic dismissal, Temple Fugate took on the guise of the Clock King to exact his revenge against the mayor of Gotham City. Recently he was recruited by Amanda Waller to serve as strategist for the Suicide Squad.

(The comics' Clock King is a Green Arrow enemy named William Tockman, but he hasn't been released as an action figure so far)
