Powers:Frank Castle has no traditional superpowers but possesses abnormally high pain tolerance and is skilled in guerrilla warfare, military tactics, close quarters combat, infiltration, marksmanship, demolitions, martial arts, and unarmed combat. He is an expert investigator and interrogator, with expert knowledge in methods of both criminals and law enforcement, USMC infantry training as well as various U.S. military special operations training.

Mobsters destroyed Frank Castle's life and family, so now every night he goes out and shows them what it means to lose theirs.

Soon after returning from his final tour of duty in Vietnam, Frank Castle and his family were gunned-down by mobsters after accidentally stumbling into a mob-hit. Frank recovered and began a war on crime using all his skills and training to keep himself alive and keep them dead. It is a never-ending war. He's been gunning down, blowing-up, and throwing thugs out of sky-scrapers for almost 30 years now and has never shown any signs of stopping. Old age isn't even a factor, it looks like Marvel Comics is allowing him to be perpetually able to carry-out impossible tasks and come through alright. Sure, he comes back from missions mangled, bloody, and staggering but never broken.

Despite what super-heroes think of him, Frank is not a monster, he's a soldier. He has his own moral code and ethics, they may be few, but they exsist. He does not kill innocents, when civilians are killed when one of his missions goes awry, he turns himself in to the police (most of the police force loves him though, they appreciate his doing what they can't). Prison's can't hold him though, he usually escapes after gathering information and wreaking havok on the criminal population in them.

Frank doesn't approve of other vigilantes.
