Over the years, Street Fighter has received a lot of figures, with Storm being the current license holder. Their figures, while great, are pretty pricey (but I guess that can go for any imported collectible), and I have to get my hands on one. Back around the time SFIV got released, NECA grabbed the license for their "Player Select" label and put out two waves of figures including some repaints. The authentic figures are hard to find nowadays, but I got lucky at my local toy store earlier this year with Chun-Li.
The packaging is a simple clamshell with nice graphics, with shots of the figure on the side and some general info about the character on the back. It's not a bio but rather information such as country of origin, birthday, height and weight, and interests.
