After exposing a wolf and snapping turtle to the same mutagen that created the crime fighting quartet and their Master Splinter, Tokka and Rahzar were born!
Making their debut as NECA's first figures from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Secret of the Ooze are the Foot Clan's newest members to defeat the turtles.
Tokka and Rahzar are massive, standing at over 7" and 8" respectively, with over 30 points of articulation from head to toe, including articulated eyebrows on Tokka.
Also packed in this massive 2 pack are real chains on Rahzar, swappable hands, a shield, pipe, wooden beam, fire extinguisher, mutagen canister, and a suspicious box of donuts!

Last year was definitely a great one for NECA with all the new figures and licenses, but the best license to come out of them was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They covered the original cartoon that introduced many to the franchise, the 1990 movie, and even the fan-favorite video game Turtles in Time. We got many great figures, and the best ones of them are Tokka and Rahzar.
The two were introduced in Secret of the Ooze, the sequel to the original movie, as New Line's answer to Bebop and Rocksteady. The two became popular pretty quickly and have appeared in other adaptions of TMNT since. Along with Super Shredder, these two were the first SOTO figures to come out of NECA.
