Leo's been zapped back in time - all the way back! Savage as it sounds, we're talkin' prehistory, pre-TV, and worst of all, pre-pizza! (Actually, pizza did exist back then, but only in the Americas. And there was no way for Savage Leo to get there, cuz it hadn't been discovered yet.) But Savage Leo doesn't have time to worry about that now; he's on a quest - a quest for the lost Golden Turtles statues. He's armed to the gnarly teeth with wild weapons, like the double-bladed battle axe - and awesome armor alloy to help him on his journey. And once he gets all the Golden statues, it's adios Forgotten Sewers and hello 24 hour pizza delivery! But before he can go, he has to battle the likes of Gatekeeper Rocksteady and Warrior Bebop. Good thing Savage Leo has his magical Mutant katana. It may not be really magical, but it works wonders when wagin' war! And when the battles burst out without warnin', Savage Leo can always depend on the heroic help of his Dark Ages dude-buddy, Dwarf Don. Together, they'll fight into the next century! It's an age of magic and mystery; a time of great adventure and extreme danger; it's a place where the rules have changed and the Turtles are in trouble. Can Savage Leo recover the lost Golden Turtle statues before it's too late? Can he make it back to his own time? Will he ever taste cold pepperoni and peanut butter pizza again? You'll just have to follow the story in the cool collectable comic book to find out!
