This figure is a San Diego Comic Con exclusive, and 5000 were produced. It includes a display base, as well as ten points of articulation. The articulation allows parts to be swiveled back and forth. It is also noted that the figure is very large in comparison to the 6 inch DC Universe Classics line.

In the DC Universe, Barry Allen is the second Flash (The first being Jay Garrick from Earth-2), and patrols Central City. He is seemingly killed in the Crisis On Infinite Earths event, but returned to use the Speed Force and battle crime.
